Training manualDelivery and the online store

The online store

A storefront customers order from directly, selling the same stock at the same prices as your register.

The store is not a second system. It reads the same items, prices, promotions and stock the register does, and an online order reduces stock and posts to the ledger exactly as a counter sale would. There is no online inventory to keep in sync because there is only one inventory. It is available on plans that include it, and it stays off until you switch it on.

The online store
  1. In Settings, turn the Online Store on. It publishes immediately at your company address followed by /store.

  2. Brand it in the same place: banner image, welcome text, colours and logo. Choose whether the store shows company-wide stock or only specific warehouses.

  3. Customers browse by category — including any smart categories you have chosen to show — and check out with K-Net or cash on delivery. A full name, phone and address are always required.

  4. Orders appear under Sales → Orders like any other, and delivery orders go straight to Dispatch. Purchase limits per item or category, set in Settings, are enforced at checkout.

Good practice

  • Put a smart category of best sellers at the top of the store. It updates itself as buying patterns change.
  • Share the store link on WhatsApp with the company name — the preview shows your branding.
