Cash & Treasury

Where every kuwaiti dinar that moves through the business is accounted for, not estimated.

What treasury keeps track of

1

One ledger for Safe and Bank

Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers between the Safe and the Bank all live in a single company-wide ledger, with every transfer recorded as two linked, balanced entries.

2

Cash handovers calculated, not typed in

A cashier's expected cash at shift end is computed automatically from their sales, expenses, and supplier payments since their last handover, never a figure someone has to work out by hand.

3

Over and short, always on record

The counted amount is compared against the expected one, and any difference is kept as a real, auditable figure, not quietly rounded away.

4

Shortages carry forward, never disappear

A shortfall that isn't resolved at handover carries into the cashier's next one, so nothing gets absorbed and forgotten.

5

Only the latest handover can change

Editing or deleting a cash handover is only possible for the most recent one for that cashier and branch, keeping the whole chain trustworthy.

6

Delivery cash settles cleanly too

A driver collecting cash on delivery can hand it off directly to the Bank, the Safe, or a specific branch cashier's till, all from the same treasury system.

Every cash movement traces back to a real transaction

Treasury isn't a manual cashbook someone updates separately — it's fed automatically by point-of-sale, purchasing, and delivery the instant cash actually moves, and posts straight to the same general ledger as everything else.

Questions about cash & treasury

How is a cashier's expected cash figured out at handover?

Automatically, from that cashier's sales, expenses, and supplier payments recorded since their previous handover. Nobody has to calculate it by hand.

What happens if a cashier's drawer comes up short?

The shortage is recorded against that handover, and if it isn't resolved, it carries forward into their next one rather than being written off silently.

Can I edit a cash handover from last month?

No. Only the most recent handover for a given cashier and branch can be edited or deleted, which keeps the entire history reliable.

How does a delivery driver settle the cash they've collected?

They hand it off to the Bank, the Safe, or a specific cashier's till directly from the system, the same treasury records used everywhere else.
