Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-15

This policy explains what Exceed Computer Programming Co. ("Exceed", "we") collects through exceed-erp.app and the Exceed Store system, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Who we are

Exceed Store is a product of Exceed Computer Programming Co., Salmiya, Block 9, Salem Al-Mubarak Street, Northern Tower, Floor 20, Kuwait. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +965 22 07 02 08.

What we collect

  • When you visit the website: the pages you open, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics and Google Ads collect this for us through cookies (see Cookies below).
  • When you sign up or renew: your business name in Arabic and English, your store's address on exceed-erp.app, a contact name and email, the mobile number we verify by WhatsApp, and the sign-in email and password for the first admin. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never as readable text.
  • When you pay: the plan, period, amount and the payment reference. Card details are entered on the K-Net payment page and never reach us.
  • When your team uses the system: everything your business records in it, such as products, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers and accounts; a log of changes made by your users, with the IP address they were made from; the pages opened inside the system; and error reports with the page and browser involved, so we can fix problems.
  • When you contact us: the messages you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.

How we use it

  • To create your account, run the system and keep it secure.
  • To verify your phone number and send you sign-in details, verification codes and service notices on WhatsApp.
  • To process subscription payments and renewals.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To find and fix errors.
  • To understand which pages and adverts lead people to sign up, so we can improve the website and our advertising.

We do not sell personal data.

Your business's own data

The data your business enters into Exceed Store, including details of your own customers and the orders they place in your online store, belongs to your business. We store and process it only to provide the service to you, and we don't use it for our own marketing. Your online store and your sign-in pages don't load any of our analytics or advertising tags.

Who we share it with

  • Vercel, which hosts the website and the system, and stores uploaded files such as logos.
  • Neon, which hosts the database.
  • WasenderAPI, which sends our WhatsApp messages.
  • KNET, which processes K-Net payments.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request is not automated before an online store sends a WhatsApp code.
  • Google (Analytics and Ads), on our website and signup pages only.

We use these service providers to run Exceed Store. Each receives only what it needs for its part:

Where data is stored

These providers run on cloud servers that may be outside Kuwait, including in the European Union. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies

Necessary cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, remember your language, and hold things like an online-store cart or your printer settings. The system can't work without them.

Analytics and advertising cookies come from Google Analytics and Google Ads, on our website and signup pages only. They tell us how visitors use the site and which adverts lead to signups. You can decline them in the cookie notice; Google's tags then run without setting these cookies. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your business's data for as long as you subscribe. If a subscription lapses, the data is not deleted automatically, so that you can renew and carry on where you left off. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we protect it

  • All connections use HTTPS.
  • Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
  • Each user can be signed in in one place at a time, and users can be signed out automatically after a period of inactivity.
  • Permissions limit what each user can see and change, and changes are recorded in an activity log.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp from the number on your account, or call us, and we'll take it from there.

Changes to this policy

When what we collect or who we share it with changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
