Point of Sale

The register your staff use all day, every label already in Arabic and English, no switching mid-sale.

What the register actually does

1

Bilingual from the first screen

Every label, receipt and prompt is fully translated, not patched on top. One cashier can work in Arabic while the next works in English, on the same register, without changing a setting.

2

Cash, K-Net or both, in one sale

A single sale can be split across cash, K-Net and store credit at once, each portion recorded as its own payment line rather than filed under one guessed method.

3

Discounts capped by role

Every role has its own maximum discount percentage, enforced at the register itself, not just as a policy someone has to remember.

4

Barcode scanning and live stock

Scan a barcode or search by name or code to add an item instantly. Every tile shows the branch's real, current stock and price, never a stale number from a report.

5

Hold a sale, serve the next customer

Park the current cart, including the customer's name and number, and recall it later from Held Invoices exactly as it was left.

6

Runs on hardware you already own

A browser is all it needs, on a tablet or a PC. A receipt printer and barcode scanner are supported but optional, added whenever it's convenient.

Connected to the rest of the system, not bolted onto it

Every sale updates inventory and the general ledger at the moment it happens, no end-of-day reconciliation required. Customer purchase history, outstanding balances, and branch-level cash all update from the same transaction, on every branch's own point of sale.

Questions about the register

Does the point of sale actually work in Arabic?

Yes, and not as a translation layer on top. Every label, the receipt, and the printed layout are fully bilingual, and each staff member picks their own language independently of everyone else on the same register.

Can one sale be split between cash and K-Net?

Yes. The payment screen lets you divide a single sale across cash, K-Net and store credit, each portion recorded as its own line rather than one combined guess.

What hardware do I need to run it?

A tablet or PC you already own, running any modern browser. A receipt printer and a barcode scanner are supported and recommended, but the register works without either from day one.

Can a cashier apply any discount they want?

No. Every role has its own maximum discount percentage, and the register won't accept more than that even if it's typed in manually.
