Online Store
A storefront that sells from the exact same stock and prices as the register, not a second system to keep in sync.
What the online store gives customers
The same catalogue as the register
Stock, pricing and promotions come from the exact same data the point of sale uses, so there's no separate online inventory to update by hand.
Turned on when you're ready
The storefront stays off until it's both licensed on the platform and switched on in Settings, so it never appears before a business means to launch it.
K-Net or cash on delivery
Checkout always collects a full name, phone number and address, and accepts either K-Net or cash on delivery, no anonymous or partial orders.
Stock scoped however you choose
Show company-wide stock across every warehouse, or restrict the storefront to specific warehouses only, the business's call.
Branded as your own, not a template
Banner image, welcome text, theme colors and logo are all customizable, so the storefront looks like the business, not a generic shop template.
Smart categories and purchase limits
Rule-based collections, such as best sellers or low stock, can surface automatically on the storefront, and per-item or per-category purchase limits are enforced right at checkout.
One catalogue, sold two ways
An order placed online decrements the exact same stock a sale at the register would, and posts to the exact same ledger. There's no reconciliation between "online orders" and "in-store sales", because they were never two separate systems to begin with.
Questions about the online store
Is the online store's stock separate from what's in the shop?
No. It reads live from the exact same stock and pricing the point of sale uses, so a sale online and a sale at the register both draw from one real number.
What payment methods does the storefront accept?
K-Net or cash on delivery. Every order requires a full name, phone number and address regardless of which one is chosen.
Can I limit the online store to only some of my warehouses' stock?
Yes. Storefront stock can show every warehouse company-wide, or be restricted to specific ones, from Settings.
Can I cap how many of an item one customer buys online?
Yes, with a per-item or per-category purchase limit enforced automatically at checkout.
