What is the Promotions screen for?
Buy-and-get-free / bundle-style promotion rules applied automatically at checkout the moment the qualifying items are in the cart — no manual action from the cashier.
What are Price Campaigns for?
A temporary price change (increase or discount) across a batch of items for a set date range, without editing each item's price by hand — once the campaign ends, prices revert automatically.
What is the Price Lists screen for?
Creates a named price list tied to one or more customers, then sets a custom price per item that overrides the default catalog price for anyone on that list.
What is the Categories screen for?
Organizes items into a top-level category with subcategories underneath, used across the catalog and the storefront. Any category can be hidden from specific branches from its own detail page if it shouldn't show up everywhere.
How do I add a new customer?
From the Customers screen, click "New". The only required field is the Arabic name — phone, email, and address are optional, and the code auto-fills from the phone number if left blank. If the customer needs a custom price list or a credit limit, both are set from their own detail page after saving.
How do I add a new item?
From the Items screen, click "New" at the top. The essentials are the code, Arabic/English name, type (Inventory or Service), and base unit. An Inventory-type item needs a cost price and an opening balance per warehouse you want to sell it from; a Service item has no stock tracked at all.
What is the Roles screen for?
Defines what each group of users can do in the system — create a role (e.g. "Branch Supervisor" or "Cashier"), set its permissions from the grid, then assign it to any user from the Users screen.
What is the Items screen for?
Your full product catalog — one row per item, with live stock and price.
What is the Point of sale screen for?

Every screen in Exceed Store lives behind this login — one account per staff member, on your company's own subdomain.
What is the Dashboard screen for?
The admin's at-a-glance overview once signed in.
What is the New item screen for?

A real income statement — revenue down to net profit.
What is the Inventory reports screen for?
Three reports, one screen, each with its own permission.
