What is the Receipt Designer for?

Customize what prints on the physical/PDF receipt — logo, store info, social links, and the layout template — with support for more than one named template if you need different receipts for different situations.

What is the Notifications screen for?

Schedule a recurring automatic notification (e.g. a daily low-stock reminder), broadcast a one-off message to every employee, and see the delivery log of what was actually sent.

What is the Users screen for?

Every login account for this company, each assigned a role (which sets what they can do) and optionally locked to one branch — this is where you create staff logins and unlock an account after too many failed attempts.

What is the Branches screen for?

A branch is a physical location (store or kiosk) with its own POS session, staff, and warehouse(s) — add a branch here before you can assign users or warehouses to it.

What is the Account Statement screen for?

Pick one account from the chart of accounts and see every entry posted to it over a date range, with a running balance — the detail behind a single line on the Trial Balance.

What do Journal Entries show?

Every posted accounting entry — automatic (from a sale, purchase, expense, ...) or manual — shows up here as double-entry debit/credit lines. This is the full general ledger transaction log.

What is the GL Accounts screen for?

The chart of accounts — the ledger account tree (assets, liabilities, income, expenses...) everything else in Accounting posts against. Add or edit an account here, or import a batch of accounts at once.

What does the Profitability report show?

Gross margin (revenue minus cost of goods sold) broken down by item, category, branch, or customer for a date range — shows what's actually driving profit, not just revenue.

What is the Sales by Group report for?

Groups and breaks down sales by up to two dimensions at once (branch, day, cashier, ...) — for comparing performance across dimensions the plain Orders/Sales report doesn't slice by.

What does the Cash report show?

The expected cash balance per cashier across every branch, right now — sales minus handovers minus expenses minus any supplier payments paid in cash — helps catch a shortfall before it's handed over.

What is the Stock Transfers screen for?

Moves a quantity of stock from one branch's warehouse to another's — the only way to relocate inventory between locations without it going through a sale or purchase.

What is the Purchase Returns screen for?

Sends stock back to a supplier against a specific purchase invoice — reduces the quantity from stock and reduces the amount owed to that supplier by the same value.

What is the Supplier Payments screen for?

Records money paid to a supplier (from collected cash, bank, petty cash, or the owner's personal funds), reducing what that supplier is owed independent of any specific invoice.

What is the Suppliers screen for?

The vendor directory used everywhere you buy from someone — purchase invoices, purchase returns, and supplier payments — with the amount owed to each supplier shown right here.

What is the Expenses screen for?

Logs a cash expense (paid out of a branch's drawer or petty cash) against an expense category — posts automatically to the ledger and reduces the cash balance shown on the Cash report.

What is the Cash Handovers screen for?

A record of a cashier handing over the cash they collected at the end of a shift to whoever's receiving it — shows what should have been in the drawer versus what was actually handed over.

What is the Delivery Zones screen for?

Price and cost of delivery per governorate/city, plus a minimum order value that makes delivery free — this is what calculates the delivery fee a customer sees at checkout.

What is the Drivers screen for?

The roster of delivery drivers assignable from the Dispatch screen — add a driver here first before they can be assigned to any delivery order.

What is the Sales Returns screen for?

Processes a customer's return of an item against a specific original order — restores the returned quantity to stock and refunds or credits the customer based on the original payment method.

What are Smart Categories for?

A storefront shelf that auto-populates based on a rule you set (price range, low stock, or best-sellers) instead of a manually curated item list — any item matching the rule shows up on its own.
