What does the Search / Scan barcode field do on the Point of sale screen?
Type a name or code, or scan a barcode with a handheld scanner — either adds the matching item straight to the cart.
What does the Language switch field do on the Login screen?
Bottom of the card — switches the entire login page (and, once in, the whole admin) between English and Arabic.
What does the Discount % field do on the Point of sale screen?
Capped by your role's maximum discount — the field won't accept more than that even if typed.
What does the "Available Stock" toggle field do on the Point of sale screen?
When on, hides items with zero stock from the grid instead of showing them as unavailable.
What does the Hold / Held invoices field do on the Point of sale screen?
Park the current cart to serve another customer, then recall it later from "Held" without losing it.
What does the Customer name / phone + address icon field do on the Point of sale screen?
Optional unless your company requires them. Typing a saved phone number auto-fills the name and, for delivery orders, the saved address via the home icon.

Shows live stock and price. Use +/- to set a quantity before adding, or tap Add repeatedly.

Filters the item grid to one category at a time; "All" shows everything.
What does the Main tab — store info field do on the Settings screen?
Names (both languages), logo, address, mobile, and social links (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/YouTube) — shown on receipts and the platform.
What does the Password field do on the Login screen?
The eye icon reveals what you typed. "Forgot password?" sends a reset code by WhatsApp if your account has a phone number on file.
What does the Branch filter field do on the Profit & loss screen?
Leave blank for every branch combined, or pick one.
What does the Username / Email field do on the Login screen?
Your staff login, set up for you by an admin — not the same as a customer's phone number.
What does the Item Name (Arabic / English) field do on the New item screen?
Both are mandatory — shown on the POS grid, receipts, and reports depending on the viewer's language.
What does the Cash / K-Net field do on the Point of sale screen?
Charges the sale and prints/opens the receipt. Cash sales feed into that cashier's expected cash balance for their next handover.
What does the Base Unit field do on the New item screen?
The unit stock/sales are counted in, e.g. Piece. Missing one? "+ New unit" adds it without leaving the page. Alternate selling units (Box, Carton) can be added after saving.
What does the Style tab field do on the Settings screen?
Color theme (or custom primary/secondary colors), font, and font size — applies to every user at this company, not just you.
What does the Quantity Summary tab field do on the Inventory reports screen?
One row per item, one column per warehouse, live on-hand quantity — a Total column sums across warehouses.
