Why did my cash handover's Collected amount drop for no obvious reason?

Any expense recorded that same day at that branch with source "Collected cash" is automatically netted out of the expected handover amount, since that cash physically left the till before the handover. Click "View invoices" to see the exact orders and expenses behind the number.

How do I move cash from the Safe to the Bank?

From the "Add a movement" form on the Treasury page, pick the "Transfer: Safe → Bank" type and enter the amount — this posts a withdrawal from the Safe and a deposit into the Bank together from one entry, so the two accounts never drift apart.

What's the difference between cashier K-Net and platform K-Net in Treasury?

Cashier K-Net is K-Net sales rung up by staff on the POS. Platform K-Net comes from the unattended self-service platform's orders, which have no assigned cashier. They're shown separately because they land in the bank independently of each other.

Why is the Bank balance in Treasury only "expected"?

The app deliberately doesn't connect to your real bank account — that avoids reconciliation complexity. The Bank figure shown is computed only from recorded movements (deposits, withdrawals, transfers). Print the report and compare it against your real bank statement yourself.

What is the Treasury, and how is it different from a cash handover?

A cash handover records what one cashier at one branch turns in. Treasury is broader — a single company-wide ledger for both the Safe and the Bank, including handovers, manual deposits/withdrawals, and transfers between them.

What does the Default Max Discount % field do on the Roles screen?

What are the permissions listed below the grid on the Roles screen?

A few rights don't fit the screen/column shape, so they're shown as separate toggles below the grid — things like using the POS, seeing only your own cash handovers (not everyone's), or managing the receipt designer.

How does checking a group header or "Select all" work in the permissions grid?

A group header (like Sales or Purchasing) in any column grants that right to every screen under it at once — no need to tick each row by hand. "Select all" at the top of the grid does the same across the whole table. Unchecking works the same way in reverse.

What do the Full/View/Add/Edit/Delete columns do on the Roles screen?

Each row in the permissions grid is a screen or module (like Customers or Purchase Invoices), and each column is one kind of right on that screen. Tick just "View" for a role that only needs to see the data, or tick "Full" to grant all four at once on that row. Report/view-only screens (like Profitability) have no Add/Edit/Delete columns at all.
